Six months working at home, Is it time to really believe we will never return to our offices or at least not use them as we had prior to March’s COVID abandon ship? Moving to the Zoomasphere was an education but it is now our ‘new normal’. Moving services that had been in person to webinars, emails and yes phone calls required us to think and act differently, We are at a point were it is no longer different.
We are the ones who are different, The scramble to keep our businesses relevant has made us better. Service delivery models that would have taken years to change were revamped in weeks. This has better positioned us to serve our customers. All done from outside the office from our kitchen tables, living rooms and cellars. Yes , there will still be times when people meeting people in person will need to happen. Things have changed and so have we. We’re not going backward.
